Gina is President of Abudi Consulting Group, LLC and an adjunct faculty member at Granite State College (NH) teaching in both the Master of Science in Project Management and Master of Science in Leadership programs.

Gina also serves on the Association of Change Management Professionals as Co-Chair of the Volunteer Leadership Team.
