She is a founding non-executive director of the Ethics Practitioners Association (EPA), and sits on the Investigating Committee of the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA).

The talk focuses on providing a better understanding of ethics and the positive impact that professionals can and should have in their workplace and their professional and personal networks.
