Van J. Walther, internationally-known speaker, and author of Innovation Revealed and Wake Your Natural Genius, makes complicated subjects clear and understandable. He helps individuals and companies reawaken their natural, creative genius and create an environment that fosters learning and innovation.

 

Before founding Walther Learning & Innovation, LLC, Van worked for Hewlett-Packard Company for 24 years in various positions including R&D engineer, international support, technical training and training management, retiring as the Innovation Program Manager for the Imaging and Printing Group.

 

Van J. Walther holds a Masters of Education in Management and Innovation from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science degree (magna cum laude) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah and has done graduate work in engineering and computer science at Stanford University. In addition, Van pursues an extensive self education program.  His lifelong passion for learning keeps him constantly searching for better ways to help people and companies reach their full potential.

 

Van's clients include Children's Miracle Network, Help Desk Institute, Hewlett-Packard, NYNEX, IBM, The City of Loveland, Colorado, Thompson R2-J Schools, Primerica, World Financial Group, and other organizations.  His entertaining speaking style and ability to simplify complex subjects make him a favorite speaker for young and old alike.
