Marshall Reddick

Dr. Reddick has a PhD in Business and was a professor of Marketing for 30 years at California State University, Los Angeles. He also founded the school's Entrepreneurship Program and chaired its Real Estate Continuing Education Program for 20 years. Since 1975, the year he purchased his first of many rental properties, Dr. Reddick has taught thousands of real estate seminars through colleges and universities in California. He has also established numerous real estate clubs throughout the West Coast from San Diego up to San Francisco.

A licensed real estate broker, Dr. Reddick has taught courses for the National Homebuilders' Association and the California Department of Real Estate. He was a regular contributor to a real estate investment magazine, Creative Real Estate and has mentored thousands of individuals on their real estate purchases.

Regarded as one of the top real estate speakers in the country, Dr. Reddick is a long-time member of the National Speakers Association.
