He is an award-winning author in the field of leadership and has been published in two-dozen languages around the world. In addition he has done extensive training in Africa, Russia, Ukraine, and the Balkans.
Mike earned his Ph.D. from UCLA, and holds additional degrees from four other colleges and universities. He has also done graduate work in strategic planning at the Naval War College.
