Deborah serves on the Steering Committee for the Chamber of Commerce (Naperville- IL) Leadership Institute. She is a Business Series guest lecturer at Chicago State University. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign, and was recognized by the Small Business Commerce Association with the Best in Consulting award in 2013 .
Deborah is co-author of Choose to Lead: Advice, Tools, and Strategies for Women, from Women. She also co-authored the workbook, Creating Success Strategies at Work While Navigating Business Challenges.
