Dawn's involvement in her community extends to her patronage of the arts and personal participation. Always committed to the encouragement and empowerment of young women, Dawn directed a young women's, Sweet Adeline's quartet, which captured international acclaim when the girls finished 15th in the world at the SAI competition.
A veteran of sales, Dawn was in the top 25% volume producers for a national corporation. Driven by the desire to help others with the skills she had gained from her years of experience, Dawn started her first training company in 1992 and has been electrifying and empowering audiences around the globe ever since. As business began to boom Dawn hired her husband Joe. The couple now work in tandem or individually.
Dawn is a member of NSA [the National Speakers Association] and has won multiple awards in regional Toastmasters competitions.
Dawn earned her certification in human behavior and developed her skills for the title Master-Trainer. Combining this expertise with her years of experience in sales, Dawn created unique, interactive training modules that are designed around the entire sales cycle. Her "What to Say -- How and When to Say It" is a hands on seminar where participants are introduced to communication issues, recognize their clients hot buttons, create Power Statements and learn when to make the sale.
